Burnout is a demon we all are at risk to face because of our system and the choices we make consequentially. Join me for this episode as we talk about the experience of burnout and what prioritizing rest looks like in your own personal lives.

Talking about the erasure of color is all encompassing, from the theories about it from the many communities in the BIPOC space that are included in this experience, I dive into this topic and all the nuances that comes with being erased by a system of white supremacy. For all the black kids and BIPOC kids that needed something to remind them that they are alive and here and have a long line of people who existed before them whose existence was valid, beautiful and powerful.
