For over 30 years, Sue has worked with CEOs and senior executive in the mining, manufacturing and health industries focusing on business and operations management. In the mid 1990s, the Victorian government instigated a major change in the health structure, moving from individual hospitals to the formation of networks. Sue successfully moved through this and went on to lead one of the teams that was instrumental in co-ordinating the source data that now supports the State health funding model for acute care.

For a number of years, Sue also helped to run a small family engineering business.

In the late 1990s Sue suffered severe depression ultimately losing her career. With clinical intervention she recovered and went on to successfully reinvent herself.

She broadened her experiences into contract management and property, co-authored a book “I Said YES!” and is now taking her experience and knowledge to help other business leaders succeed.

After having qualified for the 1996 Olympics, I tore my hamstring mid-race 6 weeks before the games. I was aware enough through this failure to develop a training approach to optimize performance on all levels of being. I help individuals remember the forgotten power of movement in body and life.

I am a storyteller and my story is infused with the essence that we all embody but so many have forgotten. Getting to the edge of a lifelong dream and them collapsing into a deep depression brought me a gift to share with others.
