In this episode, I share a bit on my history with body image, where I stand now, and what my hopes are for the future concerning how I view my body. I share a bit out of Jess Connolly's "Breaking Free from Body Shame" which you can find here, and you'll hear handlebars and practices for protecting how you view your body through God's lens and more. UPDATE: It's the morning that this episode dropped and as I'm reflecting, I'm remembering times in middle school specifically, but absolutely before 2022 where I had a really hard time with my body image. I'm not sure if I just suppressed it or what, but as I remembered how I felt, I wanted to update you on that since in the episode those earlier issues weren't remembered. <3
