Myriam recalls how she and Christina met, and how they and their families built a friendship. They talk about letting fathers have an independent relationship with the child. Mothers need to learn to let their children go. They plunge into the necessity of teaching mixed kids about the world as black moms. They point up celebrating their blackness even if they are married to white men and adapted to other cultures. How is it like experiencing and belonging to different cultures for them and their kids? Nicole shares how she was not feeling motivated and driven as a homemaker and could finally shed the identity. Nicole found mommy trips to start loving herself, reconnect with herself and how she has been neglecting the relationship with herself. The thought of- do you deserve a momcation? Nicole  talks about her first ever solo momcation being out of sheer desire to france. They dig into the fear behind the desire to start the conversation with your partner or family, asking for support and not permission. What is alone time as a way to recharge after draining all your energy. Nicole takes us through her venture and entrepreneurial life with her coaching program. She then speaks of moving with the desire. They both emphasize on investing in yourself being the first priority in motherhood.
