This is a video from a live session I did on Facebook on 12/27/2020.  

In this one I lay out a nice little basis of knowledge so that we all start from a similar starting point. This is meant to be super practical and straight forward session. It does include a 20 minutes meditation session. We talk about posture, hand positioning, and there's a Q&A session at the end.

In this episode Nelli D and I sit down and talk to author, singer, song-writer, and stand-up philosopher, Gregg Eisenberg.   

We talk about his new book Letting Go is all We have to Hold On To and the inspirations behind behind it. From his early teen life back packing through Europe to the hot tub beer with friends sessions.

In this episode we interview artist, poet, podcaster, Duane Toops. He is an amazing artist who is currently working in the medium of collage and black out poetry. His work ranges any where from somber and understated to bright and vibrant, all of it is inspiring. He is actually the only artist in our store currently. He took a risk and created some pieces exclusively for our store (Exclusive Pieces) and we want to lift him up for it!

Duane and I have been friends for sometime. He and I first met when he joined a Facebook group I was in. He made videos for YouTube that were really high level for someone who didn't have 1000s of followers. He and I would talk about videos and getting them to look better. If you've seen any of The Unusual Buddha videos you'll see Duane isn't a good teacher. Ha! All kidding aside he is a kind heart, a brilliant artist, across multiple mediums, and, host and creator of an inspiring podcast.  He and I talk pretty frequently; we are anything from moral support, strategic social media advice, or, just lender's of ears. He is one of the growing list of folks I need to meet in real life some day.

This is our second Inner Circle Session, where we talk to our Inner Circle Patrons from our Patreon page. In this one Taylor, our patron, and Jim, our founder discuss compassion for ourselves and others. Nelli D was unable to make this one as she had a prior commitment. 

Compassion is a hazy topic in the spiritual community. It seems we either err on the side being compassionate for others to a fault while simultaneously having none for ourselves. This episode is meant to kick off an introspective exploration of the topic.
