Diashun Dixson brutaIIy attacked 2 men at the Chicago French Market in May. One was a 64 year old man. Just 2 days before that, he was arrested for assault at a library. Under the new cashless bail law in Illinois, he was released without bail. Less than a month later, he walked up to a 19 year old girl at the Chicago Union Station and plowed his first into her face.
