This call with the lovely Sophi Wells, a member of my downline in Maskcara was very telling for us both! I try to keep a really strong pulse on my team and their struggles. I like to create training, coaching and tools around where they are needed most.  One of the BIGGEST pain points for my team (And let's be real- with all MLM's) is the lack of ability to grow a team. 

There are SO many different factors that this can come down to- the reasons they either aren't sharing, aren't sharing the right way, or limiting beliefs that are inhibiting their success. 

With Sophi, I broke down every barrier I could find to help her admit to me, and more importantly to herself, what was REALLY holding her back. And also what she has NOT been doing for the last year. It may surprise you the steps that she skipped over in her business. Chances are you did too!

Oftentimes we think it requres some grand gesture to succeed within direct sales, but it's really the baby steps that lead to big progress. Today is such a treat! I chatted with the creator of the MLM that I work for- or should I say party plan. Cara came from one end of the spectrum to the other in terms of her attitude towards direct sales companies. Originally thinking it was a pyramid scheme with fierce manipulation, her tune changed when she realized how fun it was for the distributors, the financial freedom it created and how brilliant the concept could be for helping her most loyal users and make money from sharing the product she had created!

The rest is history, and you'll find me forever in her debt for making it possible for me to create freedom for my family both with time and finances. Cara's sharp business sense and positive mentality have taken her far, from the creation of the makeup itself to the way she runs her company now with just under 2,000 artists enrolled.

How often do we get an opportunity to hear it from this perspective? The person who literally made it possible for us to make our dreams come true?!
