There are four ways to know if you have forgiven a person.

1. When you think of the person that hurt you, how does it make you feel?

2.If the person that hurt you needed your help, would you help them?

3.Can you think positive thoughts about the person that hurt you?

4.Do you want to get revenge on the person that hurt you?

Ask yourself these questions to determine if you have forgiven anyone that has hurt you.
