Hebrews 5:8-10

John 15:1-2 (NKJV):

I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep, and my sheep know me just as the Father knows me, and I know the Father, and I lay down my life for the sheep - John 10:14, 15.

John 11:25 - 26

Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels now crowned with glory and honor because He suffered death so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. – Heb. 2:9

Hebrews 5:7

While Jesus lived on earth, he prayed to God and asked God for help. He prayed with loud cries and tears to the One who could save him from death, and his prayer was heard because he trusted God.”

Hebrews 12:2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
