I believe we have moments in life where we need to intensify the training, recognize the moment, and empower our boys to take seriously the training necessary to become a man. Ancient civilizations all had a right of passage and I think our culture needs more recognition and moments where we surround, challenge and support this time moving from a young boy to a man.
