Have you ever gotten into a situation where everyone is unified on a choice, or so you think? Maybe its that drive to the restaraunt, maybe its that new car... but suddenly your arguing, fighting over something you thought you were in agreement on. What causes this? How do we deal with this? Lets look at this in Pauls journey to Jerusalem in the teaching this week called a House Divided.

Baggage, we give it to the Lord when we get saved but do we hang on to perhaps some baggage from our past experience with church or people of the faith? How do we deal with that?

God is speaking, Are you listening? He is speaking to you the church, have you been listening? What does it mean to hear from God? What does that even look like? Does God still speak today? Listen this week as we look at How God Speaks!

You ever get drowsy when driving? That can be a life ending experience if you don't pull over and rest or wake yourself up. Faith is often like that, you can get drowsy, sleepy, tired in your faith and the result is often more devastating then falling asleep at the wheel. Three people in the same room here the same exact message of truth, but all three react and respond differently to that same truth. I believe the answer is found in scripture, as we take a look some of the experiences of Paul, the early church and its encounters with different people. Which group will you find yourself in today?

Greater is He who is us, then He who is in the World. I spoke last week in depth about the Power of the Holy Spirit who dwells in you and is your source and strength. As we move into this weeks study I believe there was then and is now those who do not believe that to be true... because if it was true, that meant you would be wholly dependant on God and not man, his rules, his traditions, but the Gods Holy Spirit. The question tonight is Are we Free, or we in bondage today... You be the judge for yourself...

Do you really believe that you are more then a conquerer in Jesus Christ, that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you? Do you declare that if "Our God is for then what can ever stop us", but still feel like the enemy has just gotten to you or has been poisoning your mind and those around you? Its time for a change! Who do you really Serve,Man or the continuing work of the Holy Spirit? The real heart of a church, and its leaders become evident and exposed often when God does the new and unexpected thing. Do you talk and stir up trouble when God does something you might not understand, or do you embrace the Work of the Holy Spirit?

What is your source? Where do you derive your wisdom to make your choices and decisions? Are they Spirit led or man led? Whats the difference? Does it really even matter? Lets examine this as we continue or study through the book of Acts at Connect.
