So often we get caught up in life and its problems. We keep going through the motions in a cycle that just seems to never stop, facing the same problems day in and day out..Even as Christians we get worn down, and begin to feel hopeless, and sometimes helpless.

How do we even begin to deal with this? Why do we feel so powerless against this? How do we as believers seize hold of our new identity in Christ and become more then conquerors over these things.
