Garvin! He had big dreams- Graduated from the first HBCU.  Interned at Black Enterprise and earned a Masters in Education from NYU. In 2015, he got an error fare RT ticket to Abu Dhabi for ONLY $200. Two years later he moved to Abu Dhabi to work for NYU. After the red carpet was laid out for him to move abroad, his travels increased, he found love, and he still feels like he’s in the “honeymoon phase.” Here his story on this episode of The Uprooted!
