In his career, he has underwritten and acquired more than $40 million worth of real estate for large institutional investors in multiple markets around the nation and in many different economic environments.

In this episode, Tony Torres shares that one thing he looks for when investing is deals in high interest rate environments. He discusses the current state of the economy and how it will affect luxury short term rentals, which revolves around creating opportunities for themselves in an environment where buyers and sellers are at odds. He feels that by using real estate as a tool to help solve other challenges, like food shortages, they can be successful. He points out that one of their goals is to develop relationships with their clients and create a sense of community. He believes that this type of work has the potential to bring people together and help them find good in each other.
