Somewhere in life we all decided we were no longer going to say "I'm sorry". I am not sure if it was when I found out I had to share my room, toys and space with one of my little sisters. I didn't know if it happened the day I stood up to the boy that pulled my hair in school and pushed him off of a slide. Maybe, just maybe it happened the day I was working my corporate job 9 months pregnant, full of hormones, hungry and I snapped at my boss but somewhere along the lines it happened. What would happen if we reversed things a bit and actually apologized? If this is a struggle for you in relationships, trust me you are NOT alone. Tap into this super quick episode and see if this is a little bit of help to you.
As parents, more times than not we focus on the part where our kids win. Ultimately that is what we want right? Yes! But, does your kid know how to lose? When is the last time they lost? How did they take it? I will just ask straight up, are they a sore loser? In this episode I talk about these things and how we navigate teaching our oldest son how to be a good loser.
Originally recorded on Thanksgiving we get into the entanglement of Erica Mena and Safaree. I am not sure if they are still legally married, (yall know I do not delight in being in married folks business" however, we focus more so on the Mena's of the world in this episode. There is a potential for us all to have a lil Mena in us right? I mean, did you listen to my "Too Old to Be Toxic" podcast episode? Either way, we get into it now.
