Seb's goal is to inspire people to challenge their stance towards animals rights and involve all animals in their circle of moral consideration.
In this episode we talked about veganism and philosophy, nature and how it should affect our behaviour, stereotypes, mental health, morality, the straw man fallacy and that's not all.

In today's episode Andrea Aronica had the chance to talk with Rob Trounce, marketing director for Purezza (@purezza).
Founded by Tim Barclay, Stefania Evangelisti and Filippo Rosato, Purezza first opened its doors in Brighton in 2015, making it the first vegan pizzeria in the UK. Since then, Purezza has honed its craft, spending years in a food laboratory creating a plant-based mozzarella that tastes and melts just like dairy.
It’s a love letter to Italian cuisine, but also explores how we can modernise Italian food for a more sustainable, compassionate, and healthy future by using plant-based ingredients.
Along this journey with Rob we got to understand where the name Purezza comes from, how everything started, the mission and vision of the company and we talked also about the ingredients.
If you wanna know more about Purezza, check them out at @purezza or at www.purezza.co.uk
