Bobby V is solo in studio for this week's version of Fast Break Friday presented by Don Franklin Auto.  Bobby V talks some NBA playoffs to start the show and ponders why the visiting teams are winning.  Then, his typical compatriot Mike Pratt joins from lovely Charlotte, where his son is getting married, to talk about player development and Calipari's ability at it. 

Hour two of Fast Break Friday presented by Don Franklin Auto kicks off with Bobby V discussing a great charity event this weekend.  The Bob Valvano Celebrity Bocce Tournament supporting the Louisville friends of V.  The V show also looks back on the mass shake-up at ESPN this week.  On that matter we get an opinion from Yahoo's Pat Forde who also joins to talk some NFL draft, and give his opinions on the Papa John/Jurich story, as well as some CBB.  

Final hour of The V show for the week.  Bobby V starts with an epic Harry's read.  Then, some calls and text lead to Bobby V talking about the Jurich and Papa John story.  We wrap the hour with Churchill Downs Darren Rogers prior to the opening of The Twin Spires spring meet!

Hour two Bobby V gives an impassioned analysis of Why ESPN cut so may great talents and crushes some narratives that are being flung around to describe Why the talent purge happened. A man who has had dealt with a similar situation our own man in the middle Will Perdue joins the conversation to weigh in as well.

Final hour of The V Show for a Thursday.  Bobby V is joined WDRB.com's Eric Crawford to discuss John Schnatter's resignation from The Louisville Athletic Board and ESPN's mass release of talent.  Bobby V also gives his final thoughts on the massive ESPN talent layoff.  

Bob opens the hour replaying some sound from the Louisville Board of Trustees meeting before Jason Anderson joins after being live on the scene at the meeting, where he and bob discuss John Scnatter's resignation from the board, the defenses of Jurich and the Athletics Department and several issues brought up at the meeting.

With Bobby V out, Kent Taylor and Kendrick Haskins are filling in, joined by Kevin Kerstein for some Derby talk and Cole Hikutini to discuss his draft prospects.

Bobby V kicks off Tuesday's V show discussing the announcement of Dale Earnhardt Jr. retiring, before being joined by his good friend and WLKY Sports Director Fred Cowgill.  The two talk about the growing concussion concern in sports, an LPGA event coming, UofL's meeting with the COI, and Jaylen turning pro forgoing his final season.
