Mercury Retrograde Is Over & The Cosmic Codes Episode Is Going Strong Baby!!!!

In episode three, we talk about spiritual leaders and the responsibility we have to show up authentically, in the best of times and in the hardest of times!

This week we talk about how important it is to recognize that this growing experience is a consistent journey! The journey to self love + stepping into the most authentic version of yourself happens in the everyday moments. There is no magic wand to get you to where you want to be, it is a practice we have the opportunity to tap into each and every moment..

Rachael talks to you about the way she has gotten to a place within her consciousness of realizing what works for her and accepting that, instead of wishing she could do or be something other than her!

Celebrate + accept what makes you, YOU! Create systems that empower you to be yourself!
