In this episode, he discusses the breaking news announced by US Senator Joe Manchin that the US Postal Service has cancelled their proposed downgrade of the only processing and distribution facility in West Virginia and the USPS to invest $23 million to make imporvements to the Charleston facility.

Dave then discusses West Virginia Governor Jim Justice saying during his Wednesday press briefing that he will announce on Monday when a special session of the Legislature will convene later this month. Justice wants his proposed additional 5% tax cut to be considered and acted upon during the session.
