I first met Tamara Dietl in 2012 when I wanted to introduce and recommend profilingvalues to a highly professional group of crisis coaches. Before that presentation, I was somewhat nervous, but I was able to convince Tamara to complete the profilingvalues certification. Since then, we have worked together very successfully and fruitfully for many years.
In this episode, we reflect on Tamara’s remarkable professional background, which began in journalism and led to well-known documentaries, including work for Spiegel TV. For many years now, she has worked as a crisis coach and consultant, consistently integrating Viktor Frankl’s approaches to meaning and values into her methodology.
Through the cancer illnesses of her husband and mother, she also had to navigate severe personal crises herself. We talk about today’s overlapping and polycrisis realities and how they affect both her clients and mine.
It was a highly engaging and insightful conversation with Tamara, who offers listeners many valuable perspectives and thought-provoking insights.
