From someone who has never been a "morning person," I can tell you that the routine I have been working on evolving over the past 3.5 years has completely changed my life. It took time, it took trial and error and it took my kids starting to sleep a little better. It took not comparing myself to others, it took figuring out what works best for me, it took patience. This is my recipe and it's important we structure our life to find the best one for ourselves. We are all different but we are all the same in that we thrive bigger when we take time for ourselves.
