Ronee Hagen has been a global leader in the industrial marketplace for over 25 years. She speaks about her career as "more of a jungle-gym than a path," possibly because she married and raised two wonderful boys before starting, growing and selling her first company, then taking the position of CEO at Polymer Group at the age of 50. "Age wise, I was pre-Title 9, just before Affirmative Action... people cared much more about how I was going to do business than what I was going to do."
