Today was a great one, I got to sit down with my guy Elerson Smith, pass rusher for the NY Giants. We talk a little ball, but mostly the mental make up of what it took for him to get to where he's at. How he's able to see not only where he's at currently but more of the bigger picture in life. We get into how one handles to ultra competitive NFL and how he deals with it on a day to day basis and what he does to keep himself grounded. We talk about the differences between growing up in Minnesota and now living in New York. Towards the end of the pod we talk favorite food spots around the country and our picks for the NBA Finals.

Its what we always think about and strive for but why it's everything in your life that isn't the dream that really is what makes you the happiest and puts you in the best mental space.
