Something amazing happened on June 24, 2022. Roe vs Wade was reversed by the Supreme Court, after almost 50 years and over 60 million lost lives through abortion. Ezekiel 10:1-10 reveals to us the imagery of the Valley of Dry Bones. The prophet was instructed to preach to the bones but that only went so far. The bones came together and formed bodies, but there was still no life in them. He was then instructed to pray to the wind in order to have the breath of heaven bring these bones to life. We are constructing the Vault on the campus of BJU in order to protect our ability to "preach to the bones" scattered throughout the four corners of the earth. However, we need to also be diligent to "pray to the wind" to come from the four winds and breathe upon that which is dead. As wonderful as it is that Roe vs Wade was reversed, it doesn't change the soul of a nation. Please help us as we seek to utilize the Vault space to both "preach to the bones" AND "pray to the wind." While visiting Scotland in 2022, I had the privilege of praying with a 95-year-old man, named William MacLeod, one of the last remaining eyewitnesses of the Isle of Lewis revival during the early 1950s. We prayed in the sanctuary of the same church building in the village of Barvas where the revival began. It was one of the most blessed experiences of my life. Everything we do here at SermonAudio is reflected in this short video. We believe in preaching, but we also believe in prayer. Monuments serve an important purpose to remind us of God's mighty acts in a bygone era. It is our desire to tell the story of answered prayer in the construction of The Vault. There is no human explanation of how God brought all the pieces together. This space will be a display -- a monument -- to God's goodness and glory. We have seen the Lord clear a path to this point. But we still have a great many obstacles ahead of us. I trust, however, these OBSTACLES for us will be OPPORTUNITIES for the Lord to prove to a doubting world that God still answers prayer. In this brief video, I stress the importance of securing our own infrastructure to protect our ability to broadcast the offensive message of the Gospel without risk of cancellation by cloud providers. We are making progress on the construction of The Vault which will, in part, be used to house the fleet of servers and storage arrays necessary to gain greater independence from these cloud platforms. This is our hope. This is our vision. This is a monumental project and will take us far outside our comfort zone and far beyond our financial ability.
