Today's episode I share where I've been, what I've been up to and some of the reasons behind my 2 month absence. I also chat about my current creative endeavors and fun things I have been working on for http://peaceandcalmlife.com which released in July!

The plan for the podcast is to follow hockey season so I can be present in my life in the seasons that are crazy and hectic. New episodes will start somewhere around October to the end of May/early June. This way I will be able to enjoy my summers with friends and family!

Upcoming episodes include another past life regression and my first OUTSIDE interview with a close friend of mine as well as more conversations about trusting your heart and intuition.
