This week, we talk about “Getting Over It”. I have been known by some family and friends as one who takes action. If I say I’m going to do it, I do it. From starting my first business to starting a podcast, creating courses, writing my first book, and creating this company, I clearly am not someone who just talks the talk. That also means I run into a lot of mental blocks. Here are the three tricks I use personally to get over the mental blocks.
