To start, they talk about Dan Cox's visit to Morgan State University and his takes on critical race theory & more, and they go over the importance of actively voting in mid-terms and more. Then they talk about the history of Republican and Democrat support for the black community in the US and how they flip-flopped sides based on the idea of "hope". After that, they talk about Elijah McClain's three-year anniversary of his tragic death along with his final words to his killers. Finally, both Elijah and Julien go over who they feel represents them best personality-wise, that doesn't look like them, in a specific movie/tv show/etc.

Today he is joined by his childhood friend from Milwaukee, Isiah Thomas, as they talk about his love for track and how he got to setting school records and going to a Division I school. They also talk a little bit about Robert Server & Ime Udoka's touchy situations in the NBA.

The pod starts with the Sarver & Udoka situations, then the bulk of the episode is about Isiah's journey to get to where he is now(starts at 8:50). They go over everything from how they met, when he started running track and how he fell in love with it. He also talked about his hiccups in high school that led him to re-classify, but also how that led him to Indian Hills to start garnering more attention. He talks about sustaining his grades, the community there and the record-setting runners they had there. Finally, they go into how he made it to where he is now, and what's next for him moving forward.
