Jerry left the army and worked a few odd jobs, noticing that the business owner was getting paid very well while he had to do a lot of the hard work.  This started him down an entrepreneurial path with multiple businesses and lots of ups and downs. 

He was in his 40s and none of the businesses had panned out.  While searching for a job, he started hauling junk with his Jeep and a trailer.  That turned into JDog Junk Removal and Hauling, a nationwide business with over 250 franchises and a new show on the Discovery Channel which follows a few veteran franchisees.

John Hynds found that he was always a tinkerer.  From his time working on avionics in the military, he knew he liked to fiddle with things and learn how they work.  So he started a path in engineering and now working on his own business and looking to disrupt how water heaters are used in the home.

Grant left the Navy knowing that he wanted to go into the financial industry.  He hustled his way into a boutique (yet prestigious) firm and built a career on hustle and providing results.  After spending some time working with early-stage ventures, he found his way to the Veteran's Future Lab at NYU where he is helping military-affiliated entrepreneurs crush it.
