Paul is also the leading advocate for ending the veterinary non-compete. He’s been invited to speak about non-competes on several podcasts, the IVEECS Emergency Medicine conference and was featured on the cover of Vet Candy Magazine where he authored an article about his advocacy to end the non-compete. He has been invited to several VBMA National Meetings, and regularly visits veterinary schools throughout the Country to educate veterinary students or employment contracts, non-competes, and other contractual clauses.
