Today I share about my intention for my next decade as I recorded this just a few days before the big 3-0. As you've probably guessed from the title I talk about what Graceful Transformation & Turning 30 means for me, share quite a bit of Self Reflection and thoughts around how deceiving our Self Perception can be at times.
