We explore the victim mentality in this episode as a person who feels powerless and thus affecting their well-being, safety, and self-esteem. We go in depth into feeling back in power through the eyes of our own journey of personal struggles as men. And, in subsequent episodes we will have female counselors and social workers exploring these topics from their point of view and experiences in helping victims from their communities.
