On this episode of The Victory Podcast, I have the privilege and honor to host Nathan Spearing! Nathan gave back his reenlistment bonus and a promotion to leave the Army after a 14 years career encompassing 12 deployments with 1st and 3rd Ranger Battalion and Army Special Operations Command. When Nathan transitioned out of the military, he promptly began earning his "hard knocks MBA" when he started a construction company and struggled to be a better husband and father to his wife and five children.
He recently launched www.Spearing.co to help others achieve work/life alignment by honestly sharing his journey toward purpose and fulfillment in life after service.

Rich Diviney is a retired Navy SEAL commander. In a career spanning more than twenty years, he completed more than thirteen overseas deployments—eleven of which were to Iraq and Afghanistan. Since his retirement in early 2017, Diviney has worked as a speaker, facilitator, and consultant with the Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute and Simon Sinek Inc. He’s taught about leadership, optimal performance, and high performing teams to more than five thousand business, athletic, and military leaders from organizations such as American Airlines, Meijer Inc., the San Francisco 49ers, Pegasystems, Zoom, and Deloitte. In January 2021, Rich released his first book. The Attributes. 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance.
