I have been fortunate to have my story shared in various places. In this season of transformation and radical change, I have fashioned a project equally as radical to create, facilitate and support change. Take a listen and stay tuned.
This episode is personal. I have been on a transformational journey these last eighteen months to learn to embrace my new truths after learning that the first fifty years of my life was built on a great, big lie. Sit with me for a few minutes. I hope you find the courage to explore your own truths so that you can fully embrace all of who you are.
I am finally sharing of entire story. I hope you are inspired and encouraged to give voice to your own story. Take back your power, seek healing, talk to a therapist, and pursue your passion.
This episode captures the transitions and adjustments I needed to make to adjust to our new life and new identity. We also created a pattern of arriving and departing to fill a gap that had been created when we moved from Dominica to the United States.
A reflection of my grandmother's love. She showed me how to serve others. How to appreciate and love people. She taught me to love everything about myself. Some of the lessons I had to remember as I had diminished their importance at periods throughout my life. She showed me the ridiculousness of unattainable expectations. This episode is a recollection of the goodness of a love that I was able to let go to transition into her next assignment. As you listen to this episode think about who has had a profound impact on you and how have you grieved the loss. Have you grieved at all? Do you need to grieve? Listen, reflect and grow.
My grandmother and I have been separated by death but forever connected through love. Take a list and reflect on your own life.
In this season of encouraging women to embrace their whole self, I have started season three with a series of story telling episodes to answer the question, "how did I get here?" and to answer an even bigger question, how did you get here and who was instrumental in helping you get to "here?" Enjoy this episode. I hope it inspires you to tell your own story.
Thank you for your support, love, and patience. This podcast has become a safe space for women to tell their stories. This year we will be sharing and telling even more stories of resilient women, who overcame great obstacles to pursue their passion.

Special thanks to Jessenia Miranda for hosting me.
