Here's a brain breather, a solo ep this week. I'm thinking a lot about being alone. There is such importance in us fomenting connection and togetherness and reminding each other we are not alone in our existence, our joys and struggles alike. But what about being alone? I have come to love my aloneness and find great value in it, when I use to fear it rather deeply. Alone isn't really alone. It's hanging out with yourself. Which is very scary if you don't like yourself. So, y'know, here are a lot of thoughts on that. Also this week I am doing a jiu jitsu tournament and I've been on a caloric deficit for weeks cutting weight and so that probably has a lot to do with my headspace.
