This week, we discuss the importance of rest and balancing working hours with having time away from our business. We will talk about the reasons why we find it hard to take time off and what the consequences are of that.

We will look at the triggers that set us in overworking mode, the inherited behaviours, and how we can create a schedule that lets us grow our business from a creator rather than a reactor space.

Today, we will talk about how setting up our day the right way can transform our working life. We will go through the three things we can do to set up our brains to start operating differently, how to set up our energy, and tap into the creator rather than the reactor.
