Raj joined TPT as a Trustee in 2019. He retired from BP several years ago, where he held senior leadership positions in IT and procurement.

Raj has been blind for most of his life due to a retinal condition, and was recently diagnosed with chronic conditions including Myasthenia Gravis and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP).  These experiences have made him particularly passionate about improving health care, and raising awareness and promoting the capabilities of disabled people. 

Raj continues to bring a unique and diverse perspective and wealth of experience  the many roles he holds within the health and voluntary sectors, including the role of trustee for a national  and local organisation in the sight loss sector.

Clare joined Sight for Surrey as CEO in 2022 and is a highly experienced manager and leader. She has worked across regional and national charities in executive and non-executive roles. Natalie is the Director of Hareonna Diversity Limited and is an equality, diversity and inclusion specialist. She has nearly 25 years of experience working in the disability rights, diversity and inclusion field. She has worked on many projects including project managing Liberty, the first disability rights and arts festival to be held in London. In addition, Natalie has written guidance on the equality act. She has worked both in and out of the sight loss sector and has a wealth of knowledge. She has also provided training and attended many speaking events.
