Let's wrap up the weekend with some reflection on Psalms 34:14, which reminds us to seek peace and pursue it consistently; how so? By departing evil deeds, sins, attitudes etc. This isn't a simple, quick fix process, especially since bad habits can be built from these 'ways', David is referring to in this passage. So when hearing this, be encouraged to discuss with friends or people you trust, ourselves here from the VP, and above all to God about what how to go about starting afresh, and walking down the path to righteousness. It's never easy, but worth it. God bless you all.

Tyler Panton is a sprinter in both the 100m and 200m and has represented his club and country in the sport at 20 years old. He's come on to not only share his story of transitioning from football to track but also to share insight into how he is able to achieve and demand more of himself and have fun at the same time. His messages amongst many in this episode are to express yourself, not take things TOO seriously, and teach others what you've also been taught. Onto our second episode of the new season, which will dive into friendships and going through changes within that area. Separating is one thing, but being able to move-on peacefully, and also still have grace and love for whoever you've parted ways with, is another.
