Thanks for the great ideas on episodes... today I touch (barely) on is the conversational trend going away or is it still the number one... it is NEVER going away!  Pulling back is the expectation... way back!  Plus a lot of random babbling this week on things being slow for vacation time and what I do when it is slow.
