  • Episode 283 – 19/07/25 #carrotSavant #NewNewNewWorldQualifing #NWQ4Life
Who better than to have 4 friends who met on the terraces of Toronto FC's south end to 'expertly' give their $0.02 on all things involving their club. What started as a joke between the writers of TFC blogs, it devolved into what you hear now. A f'ing podcast that's supposed to sound like the type of conversation heard amongst friends who give a damn - running gags, made-up mythologies, original catchphrases and nicknames for a side that neither has nor needs them. After the first 25 episodes were lost in a bizarre analog audio warehouse fire, Duncan, Kristin, Tony and Mark decided to move their format to this new-fangled digital media. Sure it's 1's and 0's, just don't explain that to them. From the people who brought you the DeRo song, that attempt at making Bohemian Rhapsody the club anthem, and a bunch of other smart-assery that can only be created standing together in a monsoon on a Wednesday evening football match, this is The Vocal Minority.

The gang is all here to review the mess against Houston, look ahead to FC Cincinnati, discuss the Voyageurs Cup, talk some #CanPL, MLS, and so much more. In this episode, Tony cheats to the camera, Duncan shook it, Kristin silence wasn’t disappointment but rather wanting to contribute and Mark’s predictions was one goal away from being perfect.

Viva la revolucion! Mark and Duncan decide to take matters into their own hands while Kristin was delayed and record in a “safe space” to review the TFC match vs. Dallas, look ahead to both Atlanta and DC, review our #CanWNT at the World Cup and #CanMNT at the Gold Cup, review some #CanPL and significantly less threatening of violence. In this episode, Mark struggled to remember Tabla’s name, Duncan gives some British sportingisms and Kristin will be plotting her revenge next week likely with more carrots than one table should have.
