Episode 2 is about Time management. Saying “No” to anything that is going to take time away from yourself to accomplish your goals or tasks. It’s ok, to say “No”. Spending quality time with family, kids and yourself. Use an agenda, phone, tablet, or even a random notebook to write things down and organize yourself. Plan things out!

Building the foundation to my success is not an over night accomplishment. I first had to make a commitment not just to myself but to my why and my what. God, is my foundation. From here I build upwards and next are the pillars in Episode 2 of “Phase 1 complete”
