"Is that? It is!" These were the first words I uttered when sitting in the stands in 2000 and hearing a female voice in the public address announcer role of a major league franchise.  That voice then, and is now, Renel Brooks-Moon who, in the fall of 2020, wrapped up another year behind the mike with the San Francisco Giants.
