The Voice Inside My Head - 

For so long I was driven by the voice inside my head, and unfortunately it was my enemy. Giving me major anxiety, shame, fear, insecurities and adding to my depression. My journey of overcoming my depression lead me to face and call out that voice inside my head. When I realized how mean the voice inside my head was it made so much sense why I lived such a negative unproductive life. When they say we are our biggest critic , it goes back to that voice inside your head.
