We’ll be talking about genetic testing when it comes to pancreatic cancer.  Certified Genetic Counselor Jennifer Geurts's focus of care involves utilizing genetic information to help guide the early detection and prevention of disease. Health care providers can be better prepared in the delivery of personalized care by understanding what conditions a patient is at risk for developing. Likewise, patients also can play an active role in disease prevention by reducing known modifiable risk factors.
