Nothing can reduce the quality of your life more than worrying. It's an incurable disease. When you choose a higher purpose, it helps you to overcome worrying and empowers you to do extraordinary work.

When we don't have a specific, clear and well define purpose, we can't use our resources(especially our time and energy) constructively and rightly. 

A higher purpose empower us to be focused and move forward irrespective of adversities.

After observing my life and daily journal, I have come to a conclusion that our life is determined by our habits.

Maine apne experience ko share karne ka process phir se start kiya hai. Is episode me maine share kiya hai kaise agar aap har situations me calm rahte hai to aapko benefits hota hai.

Maine is episode me bat ki hai ki kaise aapko apne external situations ki wajah se apni soch ko limited nhi karna hai. Ek limited mindset ke sath hum sirf ek miserable life hi ji sakte hai. Hum sabhi ko apne life ki quality ko enhance karne ke liye hame continuously new possibilities ko explore karna hoga aur big thinking karne wale personalities se sikhna hoga.
