We have been talking about the Fund for Veterans' Assistance Grants over the past few weeks, we continue that trend today with Veterans Treatment Courts. Instead of a jail cell, justice involved veterans are placed in an individualized program designed to address military related mental health issues that contributed to their criminal activity.
