We all think about being equally yoked when it comes to faith but what about “smaller” things like how much you serve, or if they go to church, or who their favorite online pastor is. All of those things add up to make a big impact in marriage so it is best to choose wisely in the dating stage

Uncertain financial times can cause fear in anyone’s heart but as Christian’s we have to be mindful not to base our decision on our fears but God’s love and truth.

We know there were people who started this year with plans to ask someone on a date, or propose to their girlfriend, or maybe you are already engaged and now you are thinking about pushing back the date of your wedding

Before you decide NOT to do one of those things strictly because of money and what is happening to the economy we want to challenge some of you and encourage others to lean into God during this time and make sure whatever decision you’re making due to finances is Holy Sprit led.

How much say do you have in who you marry? Is God going to tell you who to marry or do you have any choice in it?

It is a complicated question but regardless of where you land on an answer we want you to remember that throughout the whole dating process you should be praying and asking the Lord to lead you to His will.
