Ryan Sturgeon and Morris Sutton are back on the show to share their journey from feeling stuck and unsure about their business ventures to finding success and fulfillment.
They emphasize the importance of taking small steps, staying accountable, and overcoming self-doubt. They also highlight the significance of having a clear why and the motivation to provide for their families.
While they acknowledge that the journey is challenging, they believe that it gets easier as you gain clarity and experience small wins. They stress the importance of family and personal motivation, the power of vision and goal-setting, the significance of accountability and small daily actions, and the value of surrounding oneself with supportive and like-minded individuals.

When starting a business, it's common to feel like you need to be an expert. In this episode I want to debunk that myth.
Business owners hire others because they don't want to do certain tasks themselves. It's not about being perfect, but about being good at solving the problem and doing it within the timeline the customer wants.
Understanding the value of the customer's time can be a key factor in getting hired. You don't have to be the best, but you can still help people who don't want to do it themselves or don't know how to do it.
