The Wags & Fresh Podcast

This episode was recorded just before July 4th weekend but was something we just didn’t have a chance to publish until now. This conversation takes us into a variety of different directions and at times doesn’t even seem to be connected to the question; but, it’s a great example of how sometimes conversations require us to be flexible enough to let the conversations go where they need to before you try to bring them back to the point. There can be some interesting things that are said that wouldn’t come up if the conversation goes in a straight line.

We discuss the game of chess in a variety of different ways to help us understand how we play the game of life. We discuss how the pieces can mature from pawns, to rooks, to eventually kings. We also discuss the moves and how we react to things when life throws us some unexpected moves.

We have fun with quotes that are meaningful to many but then try to spin them in a way that makes them more specific to us and therefore makes them more meaningful to us.
