Its a fact that the weather can be and is being used as a weapon. You need to ask yourself why? Why would the gov want to attack us with weather? Control. Control of the air, water, land. They can heat us up and burn crops, flood us and damage homes and farms and crops, cause hurricanes, tornados etc. Why would they? Rural areas are being targeted for a reason. Ask WHY.
