In this episode, we discuss healthy vs. unhealty distractions and knowing the difference between the two. The hosts share some of their own past distractions while discussing some of the tools they used to overcome them. We live in a world where distractions, healthy and unhealthy, have become the drug of choice used by many to forget their problems. Afterall, today's distractions are just a internet search away in many instances, whether that be in the form of gossip, sex, Netflix, or a laundry list of other options.
